He is a graduate of California State University at Fullerton, and Western State University College of Law in San Diego. Mr. Behnam has extensive legal experience as an attorney and mediator. He has participated and conducted all aspects of civil litigation, bankruptcy adversarial proceedings, debtors examination, law and motion, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

CARL BERGKVIST, of Counsel to our firm, for the past twenty seven (27) years has a practice emphasis in complex State and Federal Litigation, Real Estate, Construction, and Bankruptcy. Mr. Bergkvist has prepared and argued over thirty trials, ten appeals, and has conducted hundreds of depositions.

STAN BURMAN, & ANDRIA MYERS, are paralegals’ who practice in the area of Litigation, Bankruptcy, Law and Motion, Discovery, Trial preparation and Judgment Collections. They have over 8 years of experience.
